ok i'm giving myself  half an hour for a quick update b4 going back to d assignment...!

i have to hand in 2 assignments by thursday next week, and haven't really started on it. on top of that, i have to show some results to Dr.annie at least by the middle of March..gosh..next week will be the 11th week and time is running out!! all this feels like exploding in my face...! i didn't do any studying, decent note-taking, nothing.. all my time gone to reading recently published immunology journals, which i have to read 20 times to understand maybe 50% of the paper..... help me!!!  i'm feeeling the urgency now... 

anyway, yesterday i went to Redbox Karaoke with Chai Theng, Doris, Wei Hoong at The Curve to celebrate Chai Theng's Bday! What a perfect 3& half hours to de-stress and enjoy ourselves.... i hope we can go again next week..hehe.. have to use up the free RM10 voucher b4 it expires! sang  & (Danced?^^)to lots of Nsync, BSB, Spice Girls, old school Leon Lai...hehe. reminiscing our good-old teenage years.. but i sat in on the spice girls as i wasn't really a fan! got a shock when Doris could remember BSB's songs perfectly, including the Rap...hehehe.hard core fan we got here..wonder who was her fave? nick Carter?! Kevin??haha.  should;ve recorded that! i was busy finding the codes to the japanese songs i liked..that was reallly hard but i got it..and saved the codes into my phone so i don't have to find them again next time..  and yeah, got so excited with all the new Korean songs redbox added! complete with Hangeul characters!! but they were those popular songs by Rain(Bi), Se7en, Hyori, Shinhwa only had MV's.. but then..it's better than nothing....hope they update more..including less mainstream artists..but i doubt that's going to happen.. still gotta go back to ampang for the real Noraebang experience! ahh..i just love karaoke sessions.^__^

My Girl 2005

i should prioritise and use my free time to finish school work, but i'm still busy downloading dramas as well.. can't get away from my dramas! i recently watched My Girl.. which is so old! i know.. i didn't wanna watch it last time, when it came out at the end of 2005..dunno why, but i think it's because i just finished Choon Hyang, and it was another romantic comedy by the same director.. anyway, i dunno what made me want to watch it again.. maybe it was giving in to Lee Dong Wook..haha. i was really curious, what's so attractive abt him , that he got so famous after this drama.. i watched Monday Kiz's Bye Bye Bye MV feat him.. and thought he was just Okay... good looking.. then i made myself watch My Girl.. it's really funny, i burst out laughing at so many scenes..! and like the chemistry between the lead actress and actor, enough for me to be hooked onto the drama..i can ignore the supporting cast and just concentrate on them, but then the supporting stories were quite entertaining as well.. just didn't like Park Shi Yeon's character, but Lee Jun Ki's character is really cute!but a bit pathetic..they made him cry all the time..!.everytime i see Lee Dong Wook on screen, i'll scrutinize his face, every angle until i see stars.. he's this charm abt him.. !when he's frowning, being serious, smiling, sleeping..haha. or like my friend says...he's not reallly that handsome, but i'm just in love with his character...i can see why he became soo famous.. he should reallly thank his stylist for making him look so good. all the clothes he wear, the suits, the coats.. and after this drama..i started looking for his youtube videos..watching his fan meetings, reading about him.. apparently he's very down to earth, not pretentious..but just says what he really thinks...the OST for My Girl is very nice as well.. esp the song by Jo Kwan Woo and the female version..

I attened my first Hen's night party, which is a Bachelorrete party for my friend Janet, who's getting married next week! most of my friend's never heard of a hen's night , but it's quite common in malaysia these days.. the ppl attending this party are close girl friends of the bride. The equivalent of this party for the groom is called a Stag's night, or Bachelor party.

We had dinner first at Uncle Chilli's.. the food was only so-so, had few slices of Pizza, and some nachos. After that, we picked up our cousin and went to Thai Bar.. I kept getting teased  cos the first time i came here, i had a few drinks and vommited .lol..next to a christmas tree! that was a very bad experience whch i still remember every detail..cos i didn't have a proper dinner b4, and so the alcohol easily got to my head.. i was vomiting the whole night( which is not normal,  more like alcohol poisoning!!), and the worst hangover the next morning. The place is quite ah bengish, lots of Uncles down at the dance floor, but luckily we had our own place. the sofa area upstairs!

 We made the bride wear a Veil. and clipped it on with clothes peg! so everyone recognized her as the bride-to-be, and then this very bright Pink feather Boa, which we got from Toys R Us! I think she had a great time.. we made her drink a lot, the killer was the Flaming,  and sell condoms for RM 5..haha. the ppl there were really cheap, they weren't interested to buy, but the DJ's were very sporting.. the bought it and blew the condoms into a very very very hugh balloon like thingy and passed it around like a beach volleyball.haha.
